to start out problem came and went turn key on and nothing turn agin and it would go now i turn the key and get nothing no power but bat light in dash is on headlights work and heater work but nothing else works thoe.somebody told meto try at the ign .so being cheep i got a jumper wire and jumped 2 leads problem fixed got some money for a new ign switch put in new now nothing use jumper wire starts right up pull wire stays running but loss of power to everything what to check next whear to start need some in put.

 

Where did you jump the ignition?

I would start with checking the starter relay in the main fuse box engine compartment.
