right click on your picture, then click "copy image address". go to the thread you plan on posting in and click "reply to thread" as you usually would, then in the toolbar (where has the B I U etc etc) and click on the little picture icon (its supposed to be a mountain in front of a yellow sunset). Paste your image into box that pops up.

I measured my wheel travel in my garage today. My suspension is totally stock. I had a front and a rear wheel fully compressed while the other side was fully drooped. I had 4" of travel in the front with 2" up and 2" down. I had 9.5" travel in the rear with 4.5" up and 5" down. The bumpstops were being touched but not really compressed so there will always be a little more travel as they compress from hitting bumps. Here are some pictures:

...and a couple of pictures of flex outside of the garage. In these pictures both front and rear bumpstops were almost being touched:

And here is some unwanted rear suspension compression. I made it up that hill once and I decided to climb it again and stop, get out and take pictures. Well my receiver and rear bumper dug into the ground and I got stuck. I eventually got myself unstuck with the help of the OEM bottle jack.
