Seems like those bracket lifts really take advantage of up-travel that the stock IFS doesn't take advantage of. I think I may cut off my bumpstops mount them a inch or two up front their current location.

KNEW IT! I saw the curve and it screamed Latrobe. I popped my HG at one of the crossings. Drove it home too.

lol... the first water crossing isnt too bad, but with the stroms we had recently, i wont take my truck across the second one until i have a snorkle...

i love latrobe tho... its close to home, and theres a lot of different types of obstacles to play on...

On second thought, this would work great... if I had no shocks. Removing the bumpstops would mean bottoming out the shocks (bad).

See, in my brilliance I wanted to see what it was like right after a storm. I made it through both, then stupid me, I didn't want to drive home via El Dorado Hills. I turned around and popped it the second time going through the deep one...

The variety is what keeps me going back. But of course I stick to the 100% legal route every time.

And to help keep on the flex topic:

Funny, I don't have that plate or tires anymore.

You can always install shock hoops, but I've heard that if you raise your compression bump stops you'll have issues with steering parts. Not sure which, but I'd be interested if someone tries it...

To you two guys having a side conversation about some road you both drive on.. Please take it somewhere else. PM each other or swap e-mails or phone numbers, but stop with the - to the rest of us - useless blabbing. Thank you, and I am glad you have something in common.

OH MAN I DRIVE ON THAT ROAD TOO, OH WAIT I DRIVE ON A DIFFERENT ONE.
REALLY? PRIVATE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT IRRELEVANT BULL DO NOT BELONG IN A THREAD.

Its a pretty simple request to use the PM feature, considering that is what it is made for.

11 relevant posts. And you? From what I have seen from you so far I doubt you can match that.

This is relevant? To be honest I'm sure most of the people have absolutly no problem reading what we posted. But this argument, on the other hand is unnecessary and more irrelevant than the other conversation. (not to mention WAY more useless)

HA!!!!

anyways... i dunno why, but i only have that one picture of the front end flexing...

i think im gonna disconnect the front swaybar and put it up on the tire ramps to check how much better it is tomorrow...

@Kevin, thats not too shabby... any mods to the front?
it looks like that was taken on that really uneven section on LATROBE Rd...
was it?

That's the procomp 4" Bracket (Superlift rear leafs). Swaybar disconnected and T Bars at stock height. It pretty flexy as you can see, but I am debating BJ Spacers for it.

If off topic banter in the middle of threads bothers you so much, this may not be the place for you. At least 1/2 the threads do this ... better than COTTORA, where EVERY thread does it.
