Idling high when in Neutral

So my 1990 pickup is idling high when i push in the clutch. But when i tap the gas the idle goes back to normal. Truck has power and starts up fine. Any ideas? Thanks

From: Cincinnati, Ohio - Amelia is the exact place. There is no one else on this site from where I am. Seems like everyone is from Cali or Washington. I guess I need to move.
IACV under the throttle body might be having an issue. Mine was bad and my truck would idle up to 3k with the clutch in. Sounded like I was preparing for hole shots at every light.

it is a hold cold issue, do it all the time? a little more on the problem would help.

Yea, sounds like a stuck choke would. But I noticed a small vac line coming down from the idle mech. and it has a round pc (1" or so) attached and the bottom has no hose att to it? Ive only had it a mo or so, still researching typical 22RE probs. Just need good vac hose diagram I think? Thanks
