Idler arm & wiper motor

Idler arm & wiper motor
I need to swap my wiper motor and idler arm, boring parts I know. Are there any things to consider before I do this? I'm planning on ordering some stock idler arm bushings. Are there any better (ie metal) bushings available? Or stronger idler arms altogether? Same with the wiper motor - is there something that works better than a stock replacement?

Make sure you have a puller for the idler arm. Its harder to rebuild when its still on the truck
Wiper motor is pretty simply. Unbolt and rotate it out a little. Make sure you match the splines up good, last time I did mine It took me a few trys to get them lined up.
Good luck on the wiper motor, I have replaced 3 and can't seem to find a good one.. I hate having slow chattery wipers
