Idler arm clunk?

Im thinking its broke inside or bushings are major trashed. When I come to a stop on pavement I get a slight clunk the same that i get on the trail on loose material (like a river bed).
My front susp is trashed I havent replaced bushings re adjusted anything since a pismo beach trip that the truck was jumped a few times (ok maybe more than a few) now that I let my tires go to and next week im throwing two new ones up front. its time to start replacing bushings and all this kinda fun stuff. On that note can someone add what part numbers are for bushing kits I pretty much need everything in the front but upper and lower ball joints.

the question is what things cause front suspension to clunk under compression in a straight line (not turning).
