i have the surging idle and ive changed my TPS, IAC, vacuum lines, radiator, checked for vacuum leaks everywhere and nothing is working. i put a piece of duck tape over the hole the IAC puts air through and it idles alot different but still slowly surges. i cant figure it out and my fuel mileage went to crap and my motor is being worn down alot. I NEED HELP!!!!!!

My old 93 had a surging idle and it turned out to be the idle air bypass (called auxiliary air valve in the FSM). I just bought an aftermarket one for cheap and replaced it and all was good.
