idle and sputtering?

Hi guys got a question about my 2 gen 91 v6 4x4 yota. I stop at a store and every thing was fine until i went to leave, it started good but the idle was very bad the RPMs was way under 1 RPM and sputtering and dying but it starts up good and i drove the truck about 20 miles back home with no problem besides the stop lights lol . Any of you have any ideas what can cause this !!? Thanks

I had a rough idle when warm starting. Would go away after getting rpms up. Changed pcv valve and grommet. No more rough idle. It's a cheap part easy to change and it might do the trick.
