Idle problem
95 4runner 2nd gen. 3vze after I turn off the engine wait for about 15min and start again, the idle drops to200 (normaly 700) then after 5min. driving, it gets back to normal. TPS is new.If the engine keeps on working the idle is stable.can it be the oxigen sensor?

I know my idle varies from 500 to 1,100rpm and thats caused by my o2 sensor.
