idle missing help

hey guys im new hear just looking for answers on why my 92 4x4 v6 4runner is missing at idle and when i drive the motor sounds like injectors idk what it is can someone help me out

note: when start up in the mourning or anytime engine cold it has white smoke out of the tail pipe could it be my head gasket going? also no water in the oil or no need to fill radiator can someone help me out where to start looking

things done cap, rotor ,wires and plugs has all been changed

changed all the plugs and wires

but would the plugs cause a miss idle and injector sound when driving??

yes ticking sound noticed oil on the block near the 6 cylinder i gotta do a compression test then from there ill see whats up i think maybe head gasket going?

oil on the block is most likely a leaking valve cover seal.

and a ticking sound could be an exhaust leak or loose valve adjustment

yeah when i got the revs up i dont hear it anymore the thicking noise i mean

also noticed the idle drop when truck running and i take off the oil cap is this normal also when i check the oil with the stick its drops alittle ????

LOL! Yes thats normal. These engines have the "Positive Crankcase Ventilation" system, or PCV. It uses vacuum to draw crankcase gases back into the intake to be reused. Thats typically why you get gunk build up in the intake area. By taking off the oil cap or taking out the dipstick, you cause a vacuum leak.
