Idle adjusting screw vs. Idle mixture

Idle adjusting screw vs. Idle mixture
I'm trying to lean out my mixture. I can't find any idle mixture screw on the carb of my 84 2wd pickup. I can only find the idle speed adjustment screw. Where to look?
