Identify this winch! Rebuildable?

Identify this winch! Rebuildable?
This is my truck winch, its a Warn from probably 17yrs ago, been on truck forever. Works great, but the disengage lever only turns halfway, so it is pretty much stuck on "engaged" and I can't freespool. Have to turn the winch on to feed line out. Fixable? What model is this anyway? the model# tag on the left is scuffed from an accident

I don't know anything about winches but Personally I've never been shy about tearing into something that was not working properly.
I'll bet you can get it apart and clean and lube it and it'll be working just fine.
It's broke, so how can you hurt it?
