I finally found my smoking problem
Well guys turns out valve seals were bad !!
Pulled the head almost no ring groove at all but two exhaust ports were caked with burnt oil so I checked guides , ground valves and seats new valve seals and gaskets and I cannot believe the difference in this truck

Why in God's green Earth would you post this in a new thread, instead of adding it to your earlier one discussing this problem so the people following that thread could know how it turns out????[/rant]
