1994 3.0 automatic 4-Runner
132,295 miles all driven by me.
After the following recent repairs, it hasn't run this well in about 4 years:
HG repair
Fuel injector cleaning @ dealership
New plug wires, ignition coil, cap/rotor, O2 sensor
500 miles into first Auto-Rx treatment

Since I had so many different things done at the same time
I don't know what really helped.
Truck can finally maintain highway speeds even if the wind is blowing against you
without downshifting.

OHHH OHHH, almost forgot, I know a logger that has an '86 Toyota Truck XCab 22re, 4x4, 5 spd, with over 600,000 on the original motor and tranny. I say "over" b/c the exact mileage is unknown b/c the odometer quit working at 600,000 about 2 years ago.
