How do I fix this radiator issue?

Hey, guys, I just completed a timing chain and HG replacement on my 92 pickup w/ 22re over the last 6 or 7 weeks. It's been a long process, but I finally got the engine reassembled and started putting water in it the other day and the water started pouring out from around the lower hose outlet. "Bad hose," I thought. Bought a new one and the same leak happened. I removed the radiator and saw that the hose post(?) could be jiggled a little bit. An interior weld probably cracked? What's the easiest way to fix this???? My budget has been shot with this truck, so the cheaper, the better.

If it's already out of the truck take the radiator to a shop and tell the guy to throw a weld around the outlet pipe they won't charge u more n $20 that welding's not expensive, when they charge alot is when they has to pull it n put it back.

First does your radiator have metal or plastic tanks??

If it is metal can you solder at all If plastic break out the Jb weld or your favorite brand and go to it

How did it get broken??
