How do i find what transmission i have?

THE FSM I DOWNLOADED SAYS THERE ARE (R150/R150F) AND (G57/G58). OTHER SEARCHES SAYS IT'S R150/R150F)

Guidance?

Check the tag in the door or under the hood.

I used my tag on my door to identify mine after using this link that shows exactly where it is on the tag.

That chart they have isn't accurate, the RET 4Runner was an automatic transmission, but fortunately your build tag is most likely going to be accurate unless someone has done a swap. You can also find some transmission identifying pictures on Marlin crawlers tech section (?, somewhere over there!).
