my 97 4Runner just rolled 220k... It's pretty much all original, other than timing belts and a brake caliper... To the guy with a friend with the 400k truck, I'd love to see that thing haha.

Am I winning in the factory turbo 22rte category?
Just under 270,000 on the factory odometer with truck in stock form on 30's (originaly 235/75 15's) po said the auto trans was rebuilt. I know the spedo cable even broke for a while so no telling how much it realy had before it spun 2 mains. Then I gave it a TOTAL makeover because the frame was rusted out also. still going and it gets beat hard!......between the 4 yotas I currently own they have around 700,000miles if that counts. (Lexus is the lowest but should last the longest with her driving it)

91 3.0 4x4 ext cab, bought from a buddy awhile back. just hit 209k. he never had a prob wit it for the 3 yrs he owned it as far as i know everything is factory cept for the head gasket recall replacement. got a restored 87 mustang 5.0 convt and a motorcycle but this is def my new fav. interior is flawless, even factory speakers are awesome while listening to metal. outside, got some dents and scrathes but its a truck(no cd changer or seat warmers) and it has and will be used as one. i absolutely love this truck, and i wish i woulda gotten rid of my jeep for one of these a long time ago

I guess I should update.
I am now driving a 97 4Runner, 224k (just rolled over two days ago lol, almost at 225k now) miles, all original, even the clutch.... (but the clutch job needs done badly haha). Been getting.....21-22MPG's! And thats with a clogged cat and old plugs and wires. Yes, its a 5VZFE, and uses no oil over a 5k oil change interval (its had synthetic oil since about 100k miles). Beat that domestic boys

275K on my runner on the original clutch and headgasket. The only thing changed was timing chain about 10K ago It did not break just thought it would be a good Idea. My 82 2wd had 347K when I traded it to my mother in law and it now has 350K and still runs like a top. Try to get pics of the odoms later
