HG Replacement, Assembly Lube

I am in the middle of a Head Gasket job on my 22re. I got my head rebuilt by ENGNBLDR for $130, which I though was a pretty damn good deal. Ted is a really good guy! Anyways, the head already has assembly lube where it should be, but I was wondering if and where I should apply the lube to the rocker arm assembly.

and don't forget to crank the engine over with the starter, and the distributor pick-up wire disconnected to prime the oil up to the top before actually starting it.
