Help with these numbers

Just did a compression test on my 91 22re cause I'm getting (what seems to me) low oil pressure and all 4 cylinders has read between 130-135,I think that seems Okay for a 91 with 179000 miles...I did this test with the engine cold,don't know if that matters or not but my oil pressure on the gauge, cold is 1/2 but when warm at 3000 rpm only gets to 1/4 and barely readable at idle.It has always been like that to a degree but seems less now..I think if those numbers seem reasonable and I don't know what they should be reading ,i'll try a new sending unit and see what happens..Thanks So Much

Cylinder compression numbers have no corellation to oil pressure numbers.
You could have very high compression and still have little or no oil pressure, or vice versa.
If your engine does'nt make ominous noises, and it runs well, just change the oil regularly and continue to enjoy it.

Okay thank you,I thought for sure that compression was a direct link to oil pressure.It actually runs better than it has in years.That Vane air sensor made a huge difference,but it seems that since I sea foamed it and changed the oil ,the oil pressure is lower..

What brand and weight oil are you runnng??
What are your ambient temperatures?

I generally run 10w40 and we have all 4 seasons here,but I've had this truck about 15 yrs and although it always like most older toys have low oil pressure at idle it would go up to about 1/2 on the gauge at around 3000rpms when warm where now it only goes to 1/4,it has me a little concerned,I have a new oil pump I put on last year when I had the timing done...

Sounds like your oil weight is OK.
If you're really concerned, the only way to really know what your oil pressures are, would be to tap into the galley at the existing pressure sensor and connect, at least temporarily, a gauge that you know to be accurate, and see what a real bourdon tube guage has to say.
