help with speedometer

i am the proud owner of a 2wd 89 toyota with a 22r and a 4 speed. i drug it home and got it running, it is a great truck, but i can't tell how fast i'm going. when i'm stopped the spedo says 0, good, but when i take off the spedo goes all the way around. what the hell is wrong.

time to change it for a good used one. you can no fixy it.

look on ebay for a replacement cluster. Assuming it isnt an SR5 version with the tach, they go pretty cheap.

i didn't see any on ebay, is there anywhere else? are you guys sure there is no possible fix?

You could put a big ( YOTA TECH ) sticker over it & you wont see it spin around anymore. " J.P " It's better to just replace not sure of a fix.
