HELP!!! Need to replace coolant pipe in the valley
Hey guys,
I think I'm royally fubar. I'm trying to replace the coolant pipe that runs through the valley (No. 1 water by-pass pipe p/n 16268-65011. I assumed (here goes ..) that I could remove and replace this pipe without removing the heads. I cut the old pipe trying to remove it. Give it to me straight, I have to remove the heads? If I cut up the old pipe, any chance I could modify the new one to slip back in with heads installed?
Amy ideas, or just the hard truth, would be welcomed.
Thanks,
Chapman
