Help me ID this hose

Help me ID this hose
I was giving my engine bay a bath today and notice there was a loose vacuum line right under the throttle body, im trying to locate where this line connects to, picture is kinda choppy cuz the sun was setting and it was taken in a hurry, please help me ID this line....

huh; mine doesn't have one of those on my 91 PU 22re...
but that definitely looks like it's right there on it, lol
I can't think of anything off the top of my head that runs right there; not on that side of the plenum N E ways...

I think it is mainly there to keep dirt and water out of the dash pot I have seen it on a few 22re's
