Help had a major brain fart

I have 1988 4x4 pickup with the mighty 3.0. I had the heads re-worked but forgot to take pictures of vacuum hose connections. Can any body help me out with this.

I cant remeber what search term it is, but search the forums... there are diagrams and pics available
