Wait a minute. Where did the 4.3 come from? A few posts ago you said you counted teeth and got 40 on the ring and 10 on the pinion. Even if you miscounted the ring by 1, that doesn't get you to 4.30 ratio. It's more likely a 4.10. Make sure you get the right ratio if you do buy another one or you'll still not have something that works.

I miscounted by a lot! And I finally figured it out with my VIN plate. Its a 4.3 for sure

Find a parts rig and steal both diffs. Not sure what is available to you. I swapped both my 4.10 diffs with '92(ish) 4.56's. Fit perfectly in my 94 standard cab.
