Hard to tell what the sound is with my crap computer speakers.....
Have you inspected the idler pulley?

Also spin the fan blades to check for sound and wiggle the fan to see if there is play in the clutch hub.....

Then you can take the belts off and spin everything, to see if anything is making noise.

Take off each belt one by one. If the noise goes away, you've found your problem.

well I'm not running any power steering at the moment and so the belt is not on the tensioners/pulleys could it still be making noise?

I figured pulley/bearing noise as well, Is there something like belt grease you can spray on the pulleys to quiet them down, something like belt grease? Or do I need to replace the bearings themselves?

Put a power steering belt on it, and remove the alternator belt, see if the noise stops then.

my power steering pulley is a little noisy, it's not really a problem till the bearing goes then you have to replace it obviously, you could try oiling it i guess

Oh, right I just re-read that he said he had no power steering. I asked that cuz mine was making noise on cold starts a few weeks back and I noticed the fluid was a little low, topped it off and it's quiet now

No worries. Could even be the water pump. If its all corroded and full of deposits, it will definately make some noise.

I may end up checking the water pump as well. Its something as the other 22re engines I have had sound kind of like diesels at idle, this one is just loud.

Also when the truck warms up, the exhaust starts sputtering. Any ideas on this?
