Thumbs down Help with AC

I have a 92 Toyota truck. I'm trying to get he AC working. I replaced the whole system except 1 thing. The exspanion valve, i can't seem to find its location. The only place i haven't looked is in the dash. I wanted to kinda be sure thats where is is before i tear into it..Can anyone here help me?

Thank you in advance
Robert

It has been checked with gauges everything is fine. The compressor kicks in and feels like it starts to cool a little then nothing. I had someone tell me it was the valve stuck and not letting the freon circulate. When it was last working i noticed strange sounds from uder the dash almost like a whistling sound for 10 or 15 seconds .. It had new compressor,Evaparator/dryer and new cooler out in front of the radiator

yeah, that expansion valve is pretty important. You can replace everything and it still wont work without that little valve being clean.

I think there might have been a recall for the expansion valve on your truck.
