Help! Fuel line Fuse?

Hi ya'll. I am glad to have found this forum. It is good to see so many toyota enthusiasts out there! I have a problem however. I have a '94 1/2 truck with a 22RE engine in it. On my way to work today I slowed for a bump, downshifted and when I put the truck back in gear...nothing. I tried to start it and the starter was turning over but the truck is not getting either gas or a spark. Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting? Someone told me the fuel system is fused? ? ?

Could be lots of things given your discription. Check the EFI fuse and other related fuses first. Then I would check for some spark. If you have spark then you have a fuel problem. I would crack the cold start injector fuel rail bolt loose and crank the motor for a quick sec. Fuel should spray out when you crank. I suspect an electrical issue though.

Based on it happening over a bump, unless odd coincedince, I would suspect electrical too... fuse, loose ground? Thats where I would start
