Hellwig helper springs

Will these help correct a sagging rear end on a 89 pickup? if not whats the easiest way to correct it? And will it work with a 4 inch lift kit? Thanks

The best and proper way to fix it is to replace the worn leafs. Everything else is a bandaid fix and will cost you ride quality and function
