heater air temp at vents

I've searched and have found no answers, but I am trying to figure out if my heater is working as good as it should. So at the middle vents with the temp all the way on hot, what temperature air? are you getting

168 F at the center vents.
I'm running a 195 F thermostat.

165, better than I thought, although there's not much air coming through, seems like the defroster cable isn't switching it all the way to defrost.
