How many miles on that plug?
I'm not a expert on plug reading, but looks like ash deposits.
Do you use any fuel or oil additives?

Looks about like the plugs I recently removed from my '87 22re.

My plugs had about 10,000 miles on them and the engine had near 290,000mi on it.

It was consuming a quart of oil about every 800 miles, so the plugs showed ash deposits like yours , or a bit more.

Engine was still running strong, but I found a headbolt that wouldn't tighten down, so installing newly rebuilt engine now.

Wow! If you've got 470k on the original engine, and all the plugs look like that, buy it some new NGK's and yourself a beer!
i'd only be concerned if they don't look consistent.
