I was checking out yer forums 'cause i'm contemplating putting new heads on my '89 3vze 4x4 7" lift 33's ....230K not blowing smoke uses @ 1-2 qts/3-4k leaks a little from the top ..... as opposed to a full blown long block...y'know time&$!! found some NEW heads from Clearwater Cylinder heads at a good price...any recommended head bolts/ gaskets/...Fel Pro? Corteco?? don't need high end just quality.....whaddya think..how do the bottom ends hold up??I know 3vze has history of valve failure...this things runnin' surprisingly well on 5 cyl! daily commuter wanna get back to 6 in a weekend w/o spending $$$$..anyone?
