Headlight Adjustment for NC Safety Insp. on 1992 Pickup w/ Frontend Damage
Hey Folks,
NC has a safety inspection that only costs like $15, but I know I won't pass until I get my headlights fixed. Apparently the lights must be focused AND adjustable. The truck got some front end damage and one headlight is now directly bolted to the body (instead of on little adjustable looking things like the passenger side headlight). Not only that but the lights definitely point in different directions.
I bought this truck for $100 (although I immediately spent $500 on getting distributor re-done), and am pretty happy to have gotten what is supposedly a very reliable little truck (albeit with substantial amounts of front end damage as you can see). However, it doesn't do me any good if I can't get it to be road legal in NC.
Help?

I suggest replacing the damaged parts with used ones from Pull A Part
You could probably get everything you need there for $100.
