Head gasket, cracked block, or other?!?!

Ok so I have an 86 yota pickup. recently it has been having cooling problems, the fluid seemed to be leaking out somewhere but I could never find where and only seemed to do it when I was driving. Then I noticed the fluid got into my oil. The oil started looking like chocolate milk. After trying some quick fixes that didnt work I took the head of thinking i had a blown gasket. The gasket looks to be in pretty good shape, although i've never done this. I was told that the timing chain can sometime get loose and wear a hole between its cover and the fluid tube coming into the engine. Could it be a cracked head or block or something else? If so what else and how do I check/fix it. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

My truck looks pretty much the same. Oil cap, oil, the gasket looks good. Ive looked over the head and it also looks pretty good besides the gunk. Did you fix yours?
