Well i noticed the last day or so that i was getting higher temps than usual , i had to put a bit of water in as well water was goin down next day abit as well. Noticed it has a bit of a miss and a little white smoke out the pipe. Looked at the oil today, it looks to have a bit of water in it...dangit i said. the sparkplug hole had been stripped at sometime or another so i figure i need another head, it already has a sleeve in it. So what i wanted to know was where i can get the best parts and reasonable and any suggestions to my symptoms. This is a 94 Toy 4x4 22RE Auto

Where would you guys recommend to get the head, i am wanting a OEM or best quality i can get, i have seen u guys mention EngineBulder, is there anyone else?

Well i went ahead and bit the bullet, i got the StreetRV head from EngnBldr with the 268C cam and got the head gasket set with new head bolts. I will try and take some pics of the build as i get going with it althoughim sure you guys have done this already

Are you sure it wasn't just the water pump leaking/going bad??
