Having trouble locating pressure regulator

I'm feeling a little noobish today,

I was reading some forms where people have had their rigs (with 3vze) catch a fire due to a bolt within the fuel pressure regulator. I wanted to check mine out to ensure the same thing does not happen to my runner (with the 3.0).

Does anyone have a pic of what/where the pressure regulator is located - I have checked along the fuel rail where the injectors are...I've probably looked right at it, but am not sure.

Thanks.

You're referring to the fuel dampener, I do believe. The regulator has no bolt within it. It does have a threaded "shaft" for the lower portion of the body with a lock nut. The shaft threads down into the fuel rail and the nut locks it down.....and there's the fuel line that goes to it, so it could leak from either of those points and cause fire. Regardless, the typical problem people have is with the dampener.......located on the firewall end of the passenger side fuel rail.
