Having a stuttering/hesitation problem, can't seem to solve..

Hey y'all. This is my first post but I've used this sight a lot the past few months after I bought my 93 V6 auto 4runner. I've always done the search thing and have found it useful in solving problems but this one is tough.

Issue: When in 4th gear(auto) it stumbles and hesitates exactly at 1750-2000 RPMS when warmed up. It also stumbles a bit at idle. I've done the following already.

wires
cap/rotor
plugs
replaced TPS checked and adjusted to specs
Timed
adjusted idle
Did custom Fipk style intake(old hose was cracked)

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem, I'm hoping the 4th gear hesitation at 1750 rpms will give it away? One note to mention is that there dosen't seem to be a difference in idle/rpm when i used the jumper connection before and after the TPS adjustment/replacement.

I don't have any history on the vehicle except for the head gasket recalled in 99 and was going to check/replace the timing belt soon, but an old timing belt wouldn't cause this would it?

Any help will be appreciated, Thanks

I did have a code 14(ignitor) sevral weeks ago but i cleared it and it hasn't come back. I don't know the history so I figured it was an old stored code?

EGR Valve?

I'm wondering if its the EGR valve? When I pull the vaccum line there is no change in idle, runs fine(cold and warm). Isn't it suppose to sputter and die when I do this?

I unplugged the EGR vacuum line and it runs wayyyyy better, it still hesitates a bit at 1800 RPM but it's about 75% better. I'll have to do a full EGR eliminate and see if it helps 100% Can't wait!! Chalk me up as a Non-EGR'er!! lol
