I started this post some time back in January, but didn't get enough info To fix. I am hoping someone will
corner this situation. Here it goes! 91 toy 22re First thing in the morning, either hot or cold the truck starts on the 1st crank. If I should fill gas, by the time I'm done fueling 3min tops it starts right up, I suppose because it's still hot or fuel is still up top? I go in the grocery store 30-min to an hour, 1st crank nothing , 2 crank nothing, it always seems starts on the 3rd cracnk, never fails. Can someone help. Thanks!

 

Temp sensors and their mounting threads need to be cleaned down to bare shiny metal at least once every 26 years I have a write-up on that.
