hard starting all the time

hard starting all the time
ok so i have been having hard starting lately . . .i have an 88 toyota 22re pickup it starts hard in the morning and when ever its just been sitting there for a few hours like when i get out of work its hard to start . . .any ideas to what it is ive already did the timing changed th 02 sensor have new plugs wires rotor and cap
