hard start issue

So I've had my 4runner for 3 weeks now and lately in the morning its taking longer and longer to fire. Just cranks and cranks and cranks and finally stumbles and hits any common culprits for this? Its a 22re with 75k on it. Also under load it will cut out every once and a while like its starving for fuel only happens under load tho. Could my injectors be gummed up?

May be injectors. Could also be the fuel filter or even a vacuum leak somewhere.

Hesitation or stumbling under load could be an ignition problem too. A weak spark could cause difficulty starting and often causes stumbling under load.
