Hang used doors before or after painting?
I bought a set of used doors for my 94 4door 4runner to replace damaged ones. It's been 30+ years since I did any body work or auto painting.
Should I prep paint the doors first (jams and inside) then hang them and finish the paint job or should I hang them both and then do all the prep and painting ? Any additional tips would be helpful. (The used doors are white and I will paint cardinal red).

If you're painting the entire rig a different color, I would say paint before hanging the doors, otherwise you get the doorjams a different color. However, if you're not repainting the entire rig, only the doors to match the rest of the truck, then hang the doors first.
But uhh... I doubt you can color match doors with a vehicle that has had 13 years of fading
