seats, seatbelts, half the dash, carpeting, some trim, all gone. question is... what to replace the carpet with?

i'm slowly going through the process of painting the entire dash black with interior paint and then going to get the door panels and headliner done, throwing in some baja corbeau bucket seats, and a new steering wheel.

however i had a bench seat...what now? i took it out today thinking there would be brackets and there were none so far i have no clue what i'm going to do with the seats.. also whats the best product to line the floor with? i saw herculiner today in autozone but people have mixed feelings about doing it yourself.

I had Herculiner in the back of my 4runner and loved it! Very tough stuff. This is coming from a guy that use to spray bedlinner for a living!

Replace it with a new carpet, google it. What brackets are you talking about? I removed my bench seat and replaced with buckets. No brackets just holes in floor.

I took my carpet out because it was too much of a hassle to keep it clean. Then again I'm a 20 year old.

All I did to cover it was get large rubber mats to cover the sound deadening and called it a day.

I line x the inside of my 4 door Tacoma from the front all the way up to the rear window I live in Alaska so it gets heavy abuse. So far I've had no regrets only thing was knocking the punches out to drain it when I hose er down. Hoser ahh
