Guess this plug!!!

No idea what it goes to. No power going to it but its location makes me think it plugs into another VSV. But I have no open vacuum lines. Any ideas

I'm not sure, pretty sure I have the same plug and it sits there, maybe it's for a diagnostic connecter?

I can't view the picture. Is the plug on top of your valve cover just kinda hanging there? Does it only have 2 prong holes? If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's for a California truck. If you don't have a California truck the plug just sits there and does nothing.

Do you have AC? If not it's a plug to connect to your AC VSV idle up control.
