Grill swap?

Grill swap?
Dose anybody know if you can swap a grill off a 95 4x4 4runner onto an 93 2WD pickup? Of course you need to change headlights as well, but what about the corner lights and is it possible?

The corner lights on 2WD pickups are upside down. ( /]) I'm guessing you would need different fenders. 4wd and 4runners are \]
