grill question

grill question
This might be a stupid question but has anyone tried to put a early 80's round light grill onto an 88. If so is this as easy as finding a grill and putting it on or is the whole nose different?

No I dont mean that. I just didn't know if there were width or height differences I dont care if I have to fab mounting brackets or light buckets etc. basically just wanted to know if anyone has done this
