I have a 1990 4runner 3.0L bone stock

I just heard this sound the other day on my way to work and it kinda sounds like a old car trying to start up I wanna say, I was under it tonight trying to find it and think it may be my pilot bearing or throwout bearing rubbin around but im not sure

I also thought it was my belts but I could hear more noise from underneath

any ideas?
