WTF........is your name on it too? Good thing you are still in school. Remember she assumes half the debt too. I know you don't own a house and from what you said you owe more than you own. That is a real advantage. The attorney's will see it as a no money making divorce and will ask you to try to work out your own settlement. That is what just happened to a guy here. She walk away with nothing because she couldn't afford to pay for anything. You will still have child support to deal with and that will never go away.........at least until the 18 or out of school. Remember she cheated on you first and left. I would take the kids and boot her to the curb.

Ouch... I'd get a hold of a lawyer and talk to him for advice. He should at least be able to tell you if it would stand a chance fighting for. As long as your name is on the title too though it is still your car.

WOW, you have had some bad times lately, I'm, sorry to hear that.

I can't imagine having to hand over the keys to my 4x4 to an ex! I would rather see it burn again I think.

Let me know if there is anything I/we can do for ya. Good luck and I hope things get better soon.

Ya know....I had two different guys wanting stuff powder coated today....so business will really kick up when I get it here in Roanoke. I have a wonderful, understanding, and honest girlfriend now that is awesome. She just joined the boards last night under euphorickaty80. The ex....well I was gonna take it out and hit the most hard trail around here and totally abuse the hell out of it...but I played the better man. Maybe one of these days it will come back around to me. I'm saving now for another Toy....I will find me a new and improved one....and this one will be much better I'm sure.
