Is this a good price? 1993 4x4 5 Speed
Guy is asking $13,000 for a completely restored 1993 4x4 5 speed manual.
The engine is a brand new 22RE built by a reputable engine builder, it has bigger pistons and rods for a bit of power gain.
Brand new Head with new stainless steel valves and springs.
Brand New crank shaft/ heavy duty clutch/ Flywheel and everything that goes with that.
New Water pump and Alternator
The truck looks very clean with no rust or body damage and the interior is clean as well..... I really wanna snag it bug $13k seems a bit steep.... or is it a good deal? I am looking for a small truck to take out on the trail, my only other car is a 2 door sports coupe.

"Completely restored"? All you mention is the engine. I don't know anything about rebuilt engines, but the internet turns ups scores of 22re's in the $2,000 price range. Your engine was trashed before rebuild (bigger pistons because it had to be re-bored. And when do you need to replace a crankshaft?)
But I really can't help you. Truck prices are VERY regional. Have you checked out Craigslist (or whatever you use in your area) for comparables?
Oh, I forgot. This one is "very clean." Like a $10 car wash? Or a $50 detailing? (Sorry; I can never understand why someone advertises a vehicle as "very clean.")
If what you want is a trail vehicle, you might be happier with one that's a few clicks shy of "completely restored."
