Going to instal lift, need to replace UCA & LCA Bushings?

Okay i purchased a 4" trailmaster lift kit for the front of my 1990 toyota 4runner.

I am wondering if i should replace the control arm bushings? This has 246,xxx miles on it and i doubt they have been changed. My question is, is it worth it to swap them out and put new ones in? I am leaning twoards replacing them since it hasn't been done(i assume). So what would be a good brand, price? I guess i would go with Poly urethanine since i hear they are better. Should i just go with downey bushings for about $50 and put them in myself? How hard is that to do?

I searched and all i could find was it is a PITA to do, but should i buy a set and put them on since the control arms are off when installing the lift, or should i just use the old ones?

Then also how hard is it to replace both the upper and lower bushings? or is that really even needed?

I am trying to find out what would be some good bushings for the control arms, and any other info necessary.

energy suspension for all your bushing needs. or go oem if you want. might as well get it done while you're in there.

I replaced mine with OEM. They are real buggers to get out. You really should have a press, but I was able to get it done with a BIG vise and a 3 foot cheater pipe on the handle. Also a BFH was helpful. You'll need to made or rig up some kind of jig to hold the control arm in the press but still allow the bushing to pop out. This is what I used, they are some plumbing fittings from Lowes:

You can see I had to do a little grinding to get the one to just the right size.

Oh yeah, here's the BIG vise:

How hard is it to get new ones in? Would it be better to take it somewhere to get them pressed in?

The new ones go in much easier than the old ones come out that's for sure.
