Getting the exhaust manifold off.

My mechanic replaced my gaskets between the exhaust header and the Y pipe, and there's still a leak. He says it's the manifold gasket. The hardware holding the Y pipe and manifold together was stainless factory original and almost impossible to get apart, which is why I had him do it. He says take it somewhere else for the manifold gasket, because he's not interested.

The nuts have some kind of a split tube liner in them. He said they'd start to turn, then seize. I'll be saving my self nearly $200 if I can do it myself. Any hints on how to get this type of hardware loose?

I just loaded it down with some WD40 or PB Blaster and turned it alittle, loaded it down again and they came off.
