Gearing Question

Gearing Question
OKAY , my question is about gearing. I got 95 4runner sr5 , 3.0 I assume that when it was new it had 31 x10.5 tires since that is what the spare is. so i was out wheeling this weekend , and got to talking about my gearing , 2 of the guys that were with my little group , thought i my rig mat have come stock with 4:88 gears . I just don't undestand what i am looking at when i seet the sticker in the door jamb , can anyone tell e what i hav , from this
